Bulk & breakbulk handling
Vessel-side handling for bulk liquid and dry cargo — crude palm oil, coal, grain and bagged commodities, including discharge and loading supervision.
Bulk is a different discipline from container work: it is vessel schedules, laytime, surveyors and weather. We have run repeat crude palm oil export programmes and multi-hundred-thousand-bag discharges.

Frequently asked
How long does customs clearance take in the Philippines?
For a clean containerised import with complete documents and no regulated-agency permits, release typically runs a few working days from arrival. Regulated cargo — food, meat, seafood, chemicals, used equipment — depends on the issuing agency, which is why we start permit sourcing before the vessel arrives rather than after.
What documents do you need to start?
Bill of lading or airway bill, commercial invoice, packing list, and any permits or certificates specific to the commodity. Send them as soon as the supplier issues them — we will tell you the same day what is missing.
Can you tell me the duties and taxes before I buy?
Yes, and you should ask. Send an invoice and product description and we will classify the goods, compute duty and VAT, and add handling and haulage so you see the landed cost before committing to the order.
Do you handle cargo outside Manila?
Yes. We have operating teams in Davao, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu in addition to our Manila head office, and we clear at the ports in each.
Do you move the cargo after it clears, or only clear it?
Both. We run wing vans, tractor-trailers, flatbeds and low-beds, and arrange reefer haulage with gensets. Most clients use us end to end precisely so there is no handover gap.

Our entries are prepared and signed by licensed customs brokers, and we are PEZA accredited for work involving economic zone locators.
What if my cargo is flagged for examination?
One of our people attends in person. Most examination issues are resolved on the spot if someone is standing there who can answer the question — that is the single biggest reason our releases move faster.
