A total logistics company that serves you globally
NJS Customs Brokerage moves import and export cargo through Philippine ports — clearance, freight, bulk handling and haulage, run by licensed brokers and operations people who work at the pier.
Who we are
NJS Customs Brokerage is a Philippine customs brokerage and logistics company headquartered in the Port Area of Manila, with operating teams across the Visayas and Mindanao.
We started where most brokerages do — clearing containers. What our clients kept asking for was everything on either side of the clearance: someone to source the permit, attend the examination, supervise the bulk loading, and put the cargo on a truck to the plant. So we built that.
Today the business runs import and export clearance, bulk and breakbulk vessel work, reefer and regulated-cargo handling, project and heavy equipment moves, China consolidation through our own Guangzhou warehouse, and inland haulage on our own fleet. Sister company NJS Cargo and Heavy Equipment Services Inc. handles the heavy transport side.
How we work
Two things decide whether a shipment releases on time: whether the paperwork was right before the vessel arrived, and whether somebody was standing at the examination who could answer for it. We organise the whole company around those two things.
That is why we station teams in the port cities we clear in rather than sub-contracting, and why we ask clients for documents while the cargo is still at sea instead of when it lands.

Three commitments we actually measure
Speed that is real
We lodge before berthing wherever the documents allow, and we do not quote a release date we do not believe. If a permit is going to take two weeks, you hear that on day one.
Compliance without shortcuts
Correct classification and correct valuation. A cheap entry today that fails a post-clearance audit in three years is not a saving — it is a liability with a delay on it.
People at the pier
Our teams live in the port cities they clear in. Examinations get attended in person, and the person who answers your call knows where your container is standing.

In the community
After the Mindanao earthquake, we offered free wing van transportation for water donations bound for Glan, Sarangani, with collection points across General Santos City.
We are a logistics company. When a community needs things moved, moving them is the most useful thing we can offer.
Work that shows the range
- 3,500 MT of crude palm oil loaded and documented for export to India.
- 200,000 bags of rice discharged and delivered from a single vessel call.
- Repeat bulk export programmes — ten crude palm oil shipments in a single year.
- Crawler cranes, truck cranes and excavators released and delivered to site.
- Roll forming lines and ship loaders delivered and installed.
- Class A frozen tuna, chicken MDM and beef fats cleared through regulated-agency examination.
