Why importers stay with us

We are at the port, not on the phone

Clearance goes wrong in the gaps — a misclassified line, a permit nobody sourced, an examination nobody attended. Our teams are stationed in the port cities they clear in, so those gaps close before they cost you demurrage.

  • Licensed brokers on every entry. Classification, valuation and duty computation done properly the first time.
  • Physical presence at examinations. Manila, Davao, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu.
  • Regulated cargo experience. BAI, FDA, BFAR, quarantine and PEZA processes we run every week.
  • Own haulage. Wing vans, tractor-trailers and low-beds, so release is not followed by a wait for a truck.
  • Bulk and project capability. Vessel-side work most container brokers do not take on.

What slows a shipment down

In our experience the delay is almost never the assessment itself. It is documents arriving late, a permit that needed lead time, or a discrepancy found at examination with nobody there to answer it.

Send us the paperwork while the vessel is still sailing and most of that disappears.

Know the landed cost first

Send an invoice and packing list and we will come back with duty, VAT, and the handling and haulage estimate — before you commit to the purchase order.

On the ground in General Santos, Davao and Manila — and with our consolidation partners in China.

How it works

Four steps from documents to delivery

Send us the documents

Bill of lading or airway bill, invoice, packing list and permits. We tell you within the day what is missing and what it will cost.

Pre-arrival lodgement

Classification, valuation and entry lodgement done before the vessel berths, so assessment is not the thing holding your cargo.

Examination & release

Our people attend the examination in person at the port. Discrepancies get resolved on the spot instead of by email.

Delivery to your door

Trucking arranged from the port to your plant, warehouse or site — including heavy equipment on low-beds and reefer units kept plugged in.

Get moving

Tell us what you are shipping.

Send the bill of lading, invoice and packing list — or just describe the cargo. We will come back with a clear quote and a realistic release timeline, at no charge.
