Customs cleared. Cargo moving. Nationwide.
NJS Customs Brokerage handles import and export clearance, bulk and project cargo, and inland haulage across Manila, Cebu and Mindanao — so your shipment leaves the port on schedule and stays compliant.

One broker for the whole shipment
Most importers juggle a broker, a forwarder, a trucker and a warehouse. We do all of it — which is why nothing falls between them.
Customs clearance
Import and export entries lodged, assessed and released. HS classification, valuation, duty and tax computation, and release from the Bureau of Customs.
Export processing
Export declarations, certificates of origin, permits and inspection coordination for containerised and bulk shipments leaving Philippine ports.
Bulk & breakbulk
Vessel-side handling for bulk liquid and dry cargo — crude palm oil, coal, grain and bagged commodities, including discharge and loading supervision.
Reefer & perishables
Temperature-controlled cargo handled against the clock: frozen seafood, meat and poultry, with FDA, BAI, BFAR and quarantine coordination.
Project & heavy lift
Heavy equipment and oversized cargo — cranes, excavators, dump trucks, concrete pumps and production machinery — from arrival through delivery and installation.
Trucking & inland haulage
Own and contracted fleet: wing vans, tractor-trailers, flatbeds and low-beds moving cargo from port to plant nationwide.
We are at the port, not on the phone
Clearance goes wrong in the gaps — a misclassified line, a permit nobody sourced, an examination nobody attended. Our teams are stationed in the port cities they clear in, so those gaps close before they cost you demurrage.
- Licensed brokers on every entry. Classification, valuation and duty computation done properly the first time.
- Physical presence at examinations. Manila, Davao, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu.
- Regulated cargo experience. BAI, FDA, BFAR, quarantine and PEZA processes we run every week.
- Own haulage. Wing vans, tractor-trailers and low-beds, so release is not followed by a wait for a truck.
- Bulk and project capability. Vessel-side work most container brokers do not take on.

What slows a shipment down
In our experience the delay is almost never the assessment itself. It is documents arriving late, a permit that needed lead time, or a discrepancy found at examination with nobody there to answer it.
Send us the paperwork while the vessel is still sailing and most of that disappears.
Know the landed cost first
Send an invoice and packing list and we will come back with duty, VAT, and the handling and haulage estimate — before you commit to the purchase order.

Four steps from documents to delivery
Send us the documents
Bill of lading or airway bill, invoice, packing list and permits. We tell you within the day what is missing and what it will cost.
Pre-arrival lodgement
Classification, valuation and entry lodgement done before the vessel berths, so assessment is not the thing holding your cargo.
Examination & release
Our people attend the examination in person at the port. Discrepancies get resolved on the spot instead of by email.
Delivery to your door
Trucking arranged from the port to your plant, warehouse or site — including heavy equipment on low-beds and reefer units kept plugged in.
